Unfortunately, the title does not mean a “sick week” where “sick” is synonymous to “tubular, gnarly, radical, awesome,” or anything of that sort. Monday was average, with class from 9am to 6pm, and towards the end of the day I was sneezing and had a stuffy nose, which got a bit worse on Tuesday, with the addition of a headache and cough. However, I made it through all of my classes and then called it a night “early,” and went to sleep at about 11pm – my first time since arriving in Europe that I went to bed before midnight. Wednesday, I woke up for class at 8am and felt like I was dying. I went back to sleep after my alarm and slept for another four hours, waking up at noon for a grand total of 13 hours of much needed rest. I stayed in bed and watched television on my computer, and did not get out of bed until 5pm to shower and get myself ready for a mandatory 0 credit lecture at 6. However, when I arrived, my friends all insisted that I go home because I looked like... Luckily, there was no permanent or lasting damage other than my frustration, and I was very fortunate to have the Mac and Cheese to sooth me. Thursday I awoke feeling like a new man, though I still took it easy during my.
Each pack contains a 6g mix of seed beads, sequins and different shaped confetti to give your shaker cards a different (and super sparkly) look. Can you please give a size comparison of Simon Says Stamp's Bundle of Stitched Shapes rectangle, and the Stitched Rectangles dies. Great question… the one I use to create borders for my cards is the Bundle of Stitched Shapes die. The largest rectangle die and the Stitched Shapes dies are actually exactly the same size, but as the rectangle die has a stitched edge on the outside, this makes the inside frame slightly smaller. How did you create the stamped background on the. I kind of did it in rainbow order - starting with the large flower in Pale Tomato, then adding the other larger flower, then filling in the gaps with the other ones. I actually created a much larger sheet than this - then I chose my favourite section and die cut the frame from that bit. This one was a freaky one off for me - it worked first time. I've got a card coming up in the next few days with a similar background technique and it took me three attempts to get it right. :) Sometimes it just works… sometimes it does not. Will you make more videos please. My weekdays are spent with my 1 year old and 3 year old.
We got home from St. George and had just enough time to unload the car and for Zach to run to the grocery store before we were headed down to Orem to celebrate New Year's Eve with our good friends, the Smiths. I'm afraid if we didn't go to their house it would have just been business as usual and the New Year would have come without any fanfare from us. Holly, on the other hand, had prepared a super fun night for the kids complete with mystery... After making and eating his "Bacon Pizza" (ingredients- cheese and bacon) he decided that he would open a Pizzeria and call it Super Pizza. I'd make a comment about apples and trees but I know you know where I'm going with this. Holly put each activity in a brown paper sack and had them numbered 1 through 5. We started with bag #5 and counted down from there. The activities ranged from making shaker instruments to shake at the New Year to making cookies (pictured above). We got the kids in their pajamas and at 7:34pm we counted down from 10 and rang in the New Year. We were able to get the kids home at a reasonable time and get them in bed in enough time for Zach and I to watch a movie. The early celebration appeased the little boys' need to commemorate the New Year but Ryan was not so easily satisfied. He knew you ring the New Year in at midnight and, although he didn't fight us about getting into bed, he wanted.
