Please do not put this next to animals. I tested my clock while my puppy was lieing down and apparently it hurts her ears. So I will keep it my son's room so it doesn't scare her.

yes, when all is quiet in the room, you can hear the clock ticking. but its not loud and overwhelming..its like a peaceful ticking.

wow, i didnt stop to read the box cuz i was so excited about the clock. but, there is definitely NO SNOOZE on it anywhere. its a basic clock. there is only 2 round buttons on back for setting the hands(time) and one for setting alarm time. then a switch for alarm on or off. then a white round button if u want to push it to be able to see the clock briefly in the dark to see the time. once you let go of the button, the clock is dark again.

Definitely does NOT have a snooze feature. Disappointed me too. However, it's just Wal-Mart's write up that's wrong -- box & instructions don't indicate a snooze.

Ours does not have a snooze button either.

You were misled...this clock does not have a snooze alarm. Can you return this item to Walmart in your town? Talk to customer service and see whether they could exchange your item for one that has a snooze alarm. Walmart is good that way...

There is no button to snooze but there is a switch that shuts off alarm or turns it on located on the back of the clock.

You must simply make sure the off switch is all the way in the down position. As it is not digital, you must be sure this step is taken.

These particular models do NOT have a Snooze on them.

There are 2 nobs on the back of the alarm clock. one is for the time, one is for the alarm. The red hand on the face of the clock is the alarm time.

to set the alarm, turn one knob that makes the small red hand move. turn it to where you want the time set. then switch the alarm switch to the on position. when the alarm rings, then switch it to the off position.
this is a basic working alarm clock

point the little arm towards the time you want to wake up by using the buttons on the back of the clock. You'll have to play with the settings and keep testing the alarm to get it to ring aroung the time you want it too. The clock will not ring exactly when you want it too. Also the toggle switch to turn the ringer on/off is on the back, as well, it just moves up or down for ringer to be on or off.

On the back of the clock on the right side, their is an alarm set control that you turn counter-clockwise to move the red hand on the front face of the clock to your desired wake-up time. Also, you must turn the alarm switch on the back of the clock from off to on. It is actually very simple to set this alarm!

On the right side of the clock in the back, on the top, there is a button that says off and on...that is the alarm button.

This is a really attractive alarm clock. Has that classic look, very simple and sleek. I feel like it could easily go with any decor, in a bedroom, or office. 

It takes one AA battery (not included) and is easily set with one knob on the back. Setting the alarm is a bit confusing, but I eventually figured it out. I never had this type of alarm clock before, so a bit of a learning curve. 

The alarm is loud loud loud!! The little knocker slams back and forth off the bells for a really loud chiming sound. If you are a heavy sleeper or need to hear this from afar, you will have no issue. 

The button to tap for a light is a nice touch, as are the glow in the dark arms to easily see the clock on nightstand or dresser.

Decorative and LOUD

If your hearing is not so good the alarm on this clock is LOUD. I like to listen to the ticking sound as its rhythm Tick Tock helps to fall asleep. All the controls are easy to understand and are located in the back of the clock. It takes one AA battery. The hands do not glow in the dark. This type of clock is good to have as a back up for when the power goes out OR you live in a state that turns your power off because the wind is blowing

Back up Alarm Clock

This Sharp Black Twin Bell is the perfect alarm clock for me, it keeps time very well and the alarm is gentle and will wake you up but not scare you. I would recommend this clock to anyone who like a nice small clock to fit next to your bed and has a gentle alarm, it will for sure wake you up but it won't scare you. It runs on 2 AA batteries, and it has a light for night time viewing, very easy to set, on and off switch for the alarm, you can't go wrong with this alarm clock, so hurry out to purchase one.
