The New York Rangers aren’t denying the bitterness that comes from their buzzer-beating Game 1 loss to the Washington Capitals. Even so, they’ve generally said all the right things – or nothing at all – about the way things ended. Interestingly, Martin St. Louis provided the most critical take while admitting that he hasn’t seen a replay. “I haven’t seen the replay but knowing Boyler, my guess is it was bad, and that allowed them to get that chance,” St. Louis said. It’s tough to take, the late goal, but it’s how it happened that’s tough to take. Beyond those comments about the goals, the Rangers supplied the usual “race to four” platitudes, which you really can’t begrudge them for (considering the jarring way they lost). Anyway, whatever way they feel, the Rangers must dust this off and get ready for Game 2 on Saturday. you cannot say the caps did not play a tremendous game. rangers had spurts of pressure, but the caps countered every time…. one last thing… ovi, while an amazingly gifted player, maybe shouldn’t chirp ‘all day long’ when he hasn’t been past the 2nd round, ever… let your game do the talking, you still need three more wins buddy. I hope the vets ream them for standing around, just horrible play in the last few seconds.
“I wanted to do something else, and I had used woodworking equipment and discovered that it was an option,” he says. “It wasn’t long before I realized that I was cut out for working with wood. Working with all kinds of wood and shapes can be tedious at times, but I enjoy what I’m doing and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do it. ”. “The creative fire in my belly got really hot and I wanted to get to work as soon as possible,” Worth... “I still had to work at office jobs for a while to make ends meet, but my heart was always in working with wood. He adds, “I didn’t want to go to work in an office in a coat and tie and sit at a desk all day making drawings for someone else to build something with. It was about that time, for some odd reason, that I felt I had to make a dulcimer. I went in search of wood for it and the only place I could think of that was close at hand was my old junior high workshop, where my interest in woodworking began. I found a Workbench magazine with clocks and dulcimers on the cover. Somehow, the thought of building clocks resonated with me. I set out to spend my life as a clockmaker. I have made clocks, dulcimers and furniture for the past 37 years, but never enough to make a living at it. ”.
