Top 10 Of The Best Large Retro Wall Clocks
Vintage Iron Wall Clock for Living Room, Decorative Antique Design with Silent Quartz Movement, Large...
Overview
The amusediy clock is a 21-by-15-inch iron statement piece with ornate scrollwork and an antique bronze or brass-toned finish. It is aimed at European, baroque, or traditional rooms where the surrounding metal ornament matters as much as the relatively compact 9.5-inch dial.
Key Features
- Real iron construction with no plastic parts claimed
- A silent quartz movement drives the clear analog clock numerals.
- An oversized rear hanging hole supports stable wall installation.
Considerations
At 4.2 pounds, this requires a suitable anchor rather than a casual picture hook. One AA battery is required and not included. The clock is for indoor use, and the listing does not identify included mounting hardware, frame depth, or a specific finish-protection standard.
Bernhard Products Vintage Brown Wall Clock Silent Non Ticking 16 Inch Extra Large Quality Quartz Battery...
Overview
This Bernhard Products clock is a conventional 16-inch round option with a rustic brown, rubbed-look frame, ornate hands, and a parchment-inspired off-white dial. Its bold black numerals prioritize readability while the distressed finish supplies the retro character.
Key Features
- 16-inch round face in the saved vintage-brown treatment
- Plastic frame is 1.75 inches deep with a glass lens
- Silent sweep quartz movement using one AA battery
Considerations
The frame is hand-painted plastic, not aged wood or metal, so material expectations should guide the choice. It weighs 2.6 pounds, is listed for indoor use, and does not include the battery. Buyers seeking working gears, outdoor sealing, or a thermometer need a different model in this set.

Large Wall Clocks, 29 Inch-High Oversized Oval French Vintage Farmhouse Design, Battery Operated Silent...
Overview
This JUMBO HUMBLE clock trades a conventional round outline for a tall French-farmhouse oval. The brown wood frame, beige dial, and large numerals make it a decorative fit for a narrow vertical wall, while its 29-inch height creates presence without requiring a broad round footprint.
Key Features
- 29 inches high, 17.8 inches wide, and 1.25 inches deep
- The brown clock combines a wood frame with metal suspension components.
- Silent quartz movement powered by one AA battery
Considerations
The 3.1-pound clock is listed for indoor use, even though bathroom appears in promotional room suggestions. The battery is not included. Check the oval's full height against moldings, shelving, and furniture, and verify the supplied hanging arrangement is appropriate for the wall material.

CLXEAST 24 Inch Wall Clock with Moving Gears,Oversized Large Industrial Steampunk Style, Antique Gold Metal...
Overview
This 24-inch CLXEAST is the largest moving-gear clock in the group, pairing Roman numerals, an oil-rubbed bronze-gold treatment, exposed animated gears, and a convex face behind tempered glass. It suits a substantial indoor wall where industrial or steampunk décor is meant to be the focal point.
Key Features
- 24-inch round case with metal, ABS, and tempered-glass construction
- Exposed gears animate independently while quartz movement keeps analog time.
- Rear keyhole mount; three AA batteries are required
Considerations
The clock weighs 9.9 pounds, so confirm that the wall anchor can support it. One AA cell runs the hands and two more run the gears; none are included, and the gears can operate independently. Despite broad room suggestions, the structured listing identifies indoor use rather than outdoor exposure.

Pumtus Plastic Silent Wall Clock, 13 Inch Vintage Large Wall Clocks, Battery Operated Round Bathroom Clock,...
Overview
The Pumtus is a lightweight brown plastic clock with a distressed bronze-like appearance. Its 12.9-inch outer diameter gives it moderate wall presence, but the actual dial is only 8 inches, a useful distinction when judging readability from across a room.
Key Features
- 12.9-inch outer case with an 8-inch analog dial
- Plastic frame, metal hands, and transparent front lens
- Silent sweep movement powered by one AA battery
Considerations
The battery is not included. Although “bathroom clock” appears in the title and bathrooms appear among room suggestions, the structured data says indoor use and supplies no waterproof or moisture-resistance rating. Buyers needing outdoor or damp-location protection should compare the UMEXUS or Seesure instead.

Large Wall Clock for Living Room Decor, Non Ticking Silent, Battery Operated Modern Vintage Wood Oversized...
Overview
The Mee 2ou is a nearly 24-inch open-style clock with black metal Arabic numerals and an antique-bronze, brown-faced treatment. Its sparse round composition suits a living room or office where a large readable outline is wanted without the enclosed face used by the gear clocks.
Key Features
- The round clock measures 23.6 inches and uses bold metal numerals.
- MDF wood-sticker face rather than a stated solid-wood dial
- Rear slot and hook setup; one AA battery is required
Considerations
The title's “wood” wording does not establish solid-wood construction, while the saved material field identifies metal and the description names an MDF sticker face. The battery is not included, the listing specifies indoor use, and no validated price was available in the stable export.

CLXEAST 15 Inch Real Moving Gear Wall Clock, Vintage Industrial Steampunk Metal Wall Clocks for Living Room...
Overview
This 15-inch CLXEAST offers the exposed moving-gear effect in a smaller matte-black and gold package. The round metal frame and glass-covered face fit an office, kitchen, or living room where animated steampunk detail is wanted but a larger gear clock would overwhelm the wall.
Key Features
- The round clock has a 15-inch diameter and 3-inch depth.
- Exposed gold gears rotate independently from the quartz-driven clock hands.
- Metal frame, tempered-glass lens, and rear keyhole mount
Considerations
Four AA batteries are required: one for timekeeping and three for the moving gears; batteries are not included. The structured data says indoor use, despite a covered-patio suggestion in the description. The animated mechanism adds motion and battery demand, so choose a static clock if either is undesirable.

How large will the clock actually look?
Compare the full outline, the readable dial, and the wall's shape. Pumtus has a 12.9-inch case but only an 8-inch dial. The two ornate iron models are 21 by 15 inches, while JUMBO HUMBLE reaches 29 inches vertically in a narrow oval. Bernhard is a balanced 16-inch round clock. The 24-inch CLXEAST and 23.6-inch Mee 2ou need broad walls; the former also weighs 9.9 pounds. Use painter's tape to mark the stated footprint and view it from the normal seating or entry distance before ordering.
How much battery and mounting work is involved?
Static quartz models generally require one AA battery, and listings that specify inclusion say it is not supplied. Moving gears change that calculation: the 24-inch CLXEAST needs three AA cells in total, while the 15-inch version needs four. The gear motors run independently of the hands, so timekeeping can continue without animation. Match mounting to weight and moving parts rather than size alone. The 9.9-pound large gear clock, 4.6-pound small gear clock, and 4.2-pound iron clock deserve anchors rated for the wall material.
Which special function rules products in or out?
Choose the product that documents the non-negotiable function. UMEXUS adds a thermometer and describes a sealed back plus front gasket for weather exposure. Seesure is also sold as an outdoor clock, but its product details omit an ingress rating and battery specification. The CLXEAST models supply real moving gears; exclude them if motion or extra battery use is unwelcome. The remaining choices are time-only indoor clocks. A title or room list mentioning a bathroom or covered patio does not establish weather sealing, so do not extend those products beyond their stated evidence.
What should be checked on the current listing?
Confirm the selected size, materials, battery count, mounting hardware, and outdoor limitations. HEBOIX is described as analog despite “digital” in its title and also mentions both 21-by-15 and 26-by-19-inch variants. Pumtus's outer case is much larger than its dial. Mee 2ou uses an MDF wood-sticker face rather than documented solid wood. Seesure lists five sizes, while the selected product is the 18-inch version. For any weather-exposed installation, look for the current maker's placement limits and care instructions rather than relying only on “waterproof” promotional wording.
